    Graham Baker - Chief Executive Officer

    Graham has over 25 years’ experience in the special education and healthcare sectors, having worked with a number of significant operators as well as setting up and running his own business. He has successfully turned around a number of failing businesses by implementing proper commercial controls whilst retaining and improving the quality of service delivery. He was appointed to the Options Board in July 2009 and has been central to the significant financial and operational achievements of the last three years.

    Jane Worsley - Managing Director of Autism and LD Services

    Jane has over 30 years’ experience working in health and social care. Starting her career as a Nurse then becoming a Midwife Jane moved onto management roles in the residential care sector. Jane gained further qualifications through part time study throughout her career, including BA in Professional Studies, MBA and CIPD qualifications. In the last 10 years Jane has held the position of Deputy CEO of a large not for profit social care organisation working with both adults and children with very complex health and or social care needs. More recently Jane was Chief Operating Officer responsible for the operational management of over 150 children's homes and schools for a large private equity backed organisation prior to moving to Options.

    Rebecca Northall - Finance Director

    Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years post qualification experience. She joined Options from another specialist care provider where she held posts of Finance Director and also Managing Director. Previously, she worked in a senior role with global advisory firm KPMG on a variety of projects from OMB's to significant transactions with large plc's. Rebecca brings strong financial acumen, management and sector experience to the team.

    Richard Cooke - Business Development Director

    Richard has over 10 years senior management experience of working within the care, education and mental health sectors both in the UK and globally. Richard began his career at the Priory Group, following which he established his own consultancy and since 2010 has been working with Options. Over the past 7 years his focus has been on growing businesses through organic growth and acquisitions, and in addition he is now leading the business development role within Options. As well as business development, Richard's experience also includes operations and project management.

    Billy Smallwood (B.Ed(Hons), PGDip.TCC, M.Inst.GA) - Head of Professional & Clinical Services

    Billy is a Group Analyst and member of the Institute of Group Analysis. She has over 25 years’ experience working within residential, educational and outpatient services for both children and adults and within both the NHS and the independent sector. She has had extensive management experience having held Senior Manager and Managing Director roles within internationally renowned organisations.
  • Head of Service - Graham Norris

    Graham Norris - Head of ASC Children's Services

    Graham has held management roles within schools for children with autistic spectrum conditions for over 16 years and has worked for Options since 2005. Initially Registered Manager of Barton, Graham has proven himself to be a strong operations manager focused on quality and service development. He has been promoted twice since 2010 and was recently appointed Head of ASC Children's Services for Options.
  • Mark Williams - Head of Service

    Mark Williams - Head of Complex Needs Services

    Mark commenced his role as Head of Service of Kinsale in July 2013.Prior to arriving at Options, Mark had managed and operated Children's Homes and Schools in the independent sector at a senior level for 10 years. Mark started working in children's social care after having led a successful 20 year career in the police service.He has a wide range of experience and skills in managing care and education services for looked after children with complex needs.Since starting at Kinsale Mark has been instrumental in the continued development of the school and care provision the service offers young people.
  • Richard Jones - Head of Service

    Richard Jones - Head of BESD Services

    Richard is a qualified social worker with over 12 years’ experience in senior management positions within the independent health, education and social care sectors. He began his career with the education department, working with young people with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD). In 2004 he joined Options to develop the BESD services associated with Options College Shifnal and has been instrumental in the successful development of the “Pathway” approach. In 2012 Richard was appointed as Head of BESD Services for the group.
  • Russell Leese - Registered Manager

    Russell Leese - Regional Head of Adult ASC Services - North East

    Russell has over 18 years’ experience of supporting people with autistic spectrum conditions in a variety of settings including private residential and NHS services. He has worked in senior management roles for over 12 years and has been successful in consistently developing and providing quality services as a Registered Manager and Operations Manager. He was appointed as Head of Service for AALPS North in 2007 and was subsequently appointed to his current role in 2010. Russell possesses a background in Psychology and holds a strong BSc degree from the University of York as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Disability Studies from the University of Birmingham.
