About UsOptions Group is a proactive and forward-thinking organisation run by an experienced management team and supported by sector specialists. Established in 1999, we have grown steadily, and are now trusted by more than 60 Local Authorities to provide specialist care, education and therapy to almost 200 children, young people and adults. Our Pathway approach ensures that our services are outcomes-focussed and promote progression for people on the autistic spectrum. Our ASD specific services include three schools and three Adolescent to Adult Preparation Services (AALPS) plus a range of residential options for young people and adults which focus on community integration. Our ASD services are well-established and highly regarded in the sector. We have achieved several accreditations including the Arts Council’s Artsmark and we are working towards achieving Investors in People and NAS accreditation. We also benefit from working in partnership with sector specialists including the National Autistic Society (NAS) and the Independent Children’s Homes Association (ICHA). We recognise however that it is the people working at Options Group who are the fundamental reason for its success and are proud to employ hundreds of passionate and experienced staff who deliver high-quality care, education and therapy every day. Our aim: To positively make a difference to the lives of everyone in our care.
