Our adult residential services adhere to a specific and structured policy with regards to referral, assessment and admissions processes.

As a needs led, personalised service we provide assessments that enable the person being assessed to contribute by using their preferred communication systems as well as advocacy.

All assessments are undertaken by appropriately trained, experienced members of staff and where necessary with clinical input.

They are conducted in partnership with all key professionals, parents, carers and other important people in the person’s life. The assessment covers areas such as being healthy, develop skills to stay safe, enjoying and achieving, making a personalised positive contribution, and achieving economic well-being including access to housing.

Our aim is to offer appropriate, ASD specific placements that focus on the short and long term aspirations and abilities of the people we support.
