Russell has worked for many years in care management, where he obtained experience in a broad range of settings before specialising in services for those with Autistic Spectrum Disorders in 2001.  He has extensive experience of developing and maintaining high-quality services for individuals with ASD.

Pat is the Principal Educational Psychologist with the Options Group. She has over 20 years of experience of supporting children and young people with an ASD, their schools/ colleges and their families.

Lesley Fisher

24 years experience working with challenging behaviour and severe learning disabilities.  Last 7 years working with young people with Autism and Aspergers Syndrome.  Holds NVQ Registered Managers Award, qualified Registered Nurse.  A1 NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier.

Paul Miller

Registered Manager (Thorpe House)

13 years experience working in care, with 10 years at management level, the last seven years of which has been working with, and supporting young people with Autism and Aspergers Syndrome.

Holds NVQ Registered Managers Award, NVQ level 4 Adults, NVQ level 4 Children, and NVQ A1 Assessor.
