The New Options Higford School and Care Home believes that staffing levels within the services should be appropriate in terms of both the numbers and skills to meet the needs of students. The school and home also has access to appropriately qualified professionals, such as a consultant psychiatrist, educational psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Health professionals, who will reflect the complex nature of their needs and programmes.
