-
To undertake all our responsibilities with due sensitivity to the age and understanding of the person concerned

-
To enable each person served to fulfil the desired outcomes in their personal plan, by promoting and safeguarding their physical mental and emotional welfare, through the application of clearly stated principles and the highest standards of professional practice.
-
To ensure that each person, their family or significant others are fully informed as to the nature of the powers, duties and responsibilities of those looking after that young person.
-
To, consistently, seek to become and remain the best at whatever we do and thus to achieve commercial success.
