Previously Principal of a College which was placed on OFSTED’s list of excellent schools and colleges and in the top 20 for examination results, Rob has also been Deputy Head of a large school with a special unit. Rob has been Head at Young Options College since 2006.

Richard has over twenty years’ experience of the residential child care sector. He has specialised in working with young people with severe and complex needs at times of crisis, an area in which he has developed a national reputation for service quality, effective leadership and Management.

Over more than three decades Ze’ev has assembled a unique blend of qualifications, skills and international experience in the field of clinical psychology as clinical practitioner and in clinical management, training and supervision roles. He has worked in various clinical settings including school psychology service, psychiatric hospital, child and adolescence mental health services and other psychology services. This background provides the widest possible range of professional contributions to the assessment, care and support of young people with complex and severe behavioural, psychological and psychiatric difficulties.
