Support Partnerships Staff Team

The Staff Team

	Dave Mason Regional Director Dave has worked for Staffordshire County Council for over 25 years, latterly as Principal Service Manager. Dave is Social Work qualified, and is registered with the GSCC. Dave is also a qualified trainer and manager.
	Debbie Tatton Area Manager Debbie has attained the HNC in housing qualification. She has management and NVQ Care qualifications, and has worked in this sector for over 5 years.

Within Further Options' staff team there is; a qualified Social Worker, and another in part-time training currently. Support staff include Senior Support Workers, Intensive Support Workers, Support Workers, an Education tutor and Sessional Support Workers, most of which have or are studying for NVQ 3 in Social Care.

All of the above staff are supported by the Administration Team and Maintenance Team. Each staff member undertakes all training required to further their personal development and knowledge that is required to successfully fulfil their role in supporting young people.
