Debbie Tatton Debbie has attained the HNC in housing qualification. She has management and NVQ Care qualifications, and has worked in this sector for over 5 years. |

Corinne Ellis Resource Centre Manager Resource Centre Manager and Children's Advocate accredited with Birmingham Social Services she holds a BTEC National and HNC in Business Administration and Finance. |

Val Shannon Supported Lodgings Co-ordinator Within Further Options' staff team there are two full time support workers who have NVQ 3 in social care, and a number of sessional workers including a qualified Social Worker. |
All of the above staff are supported by the Administration Team and Maintenance Team.
Each staff member undertakes all training required to further their personal development and knowledge that's required to successfully fulfil their role in supporting young people.
