Refreshed look marks the start of our dynamic new journey

Options has launched a fresh new look to reflect our unique approach to care, education and clinical services.

As an organisation, we are a leading provider of services to people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex needs; and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD).

Established in 1999 – and formerly known as Options Group – we are currently working with nearly half of all local authorities in England and Wales, providing high quality services to over 240 children, young people and adults across England and Wales.

Our reinvigorated new look has been launched to complement our unique ‘Journey of care’, which allows children, young people and adults to access our tailor-made services at any stage of their life.

Options chief executive, Graham Baker, said: “We’ve always been proud of the high quality services we deliver to the children, young people and adults we support. We now have a modern, revitalised image to accompany our contemporary approach to service provision. And while our name and logo may have changed, the high quality approach throughout our services will be maintained.

“As an organisation, we constantly invest time and money into new, innovative ways to get the best outcomes for those we support and are often seen as leading the field within our sector.

“We don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We take on complex cases and treat each person on their own merits. By using an adaptable, creative model of care, we are able to meet, and often exceed, individual needs to ensure that we consistently gain exceptional outcomes.”

Mr Baker said one of Options’ strengths is its workforce of highly-skilled staff, including its own multi-disciplinary clinical teams.

“In our staff, we have a dynamic, adaptable and compassionate team whom we believe are some of the best in the sector, and through our commitment to staff training and development, we ensure the children and young people we support get the best levels of care possible.

“We’re at an exciting new stage in our development as an organisation and we’re looking forward to extending our excellent services to more children, young people and adults in the future,” he added.
