Options Outreach supports young people within a range of accommodation including self-contained flats and small shared houses, helping them to develop the skills they need to live independently.
Properties are located in local communities ensuring easy access to local amenities such as schools, colleges, shops, libraries and public transport. All properties are fully furnished and maintained to a high standard, with a 24-hour emergency repair service available.
For care leavers who meet eligibility criteria and whose funding continues beyond the age of 18, Options Outreach provides supported living services, offering flexible packages that range from a few hours a week to 24 hour support to people living in their own homes.
Options Outreach assists people to identify and rent properties in their desired locations. Once properties have been identified, we support people with tenancy agreements and the furnishing of their new homes.
